CGL Cladseal System

This system is the product of choice in the Middle and far East and has historically been a very economic panel product with a variety of support systems of variable standard.

CGL has brought a fresh approach to the concept by engineering the system to incorporate a good quality support grid, accurate panel fabrication, and careful structural design to the package. In addition, a full set of system indicative details is available to deal with interfaces with other building components.

The Cladseal system produces a modular, geometric effect and is available in either aluminium composite material (ACM) or solid aluminium, both coil-coated. The panels are supported by the CS1 extruded aluminium grid with has wide variety of zoning and adjustability.

The system should be regarded as a sealed façade as the system joints are infilled with a suitable mastic. The option exists to utilise a push-fit gasket at lower building levels or to omit any infill and treat the system as a ventilated façade.
