CGL's Extruclad System represents the most comprehensive and technologically advanced architectural solutions for ventilated faηades using 2mm Aluminium Extrusions. CGL Systems are delighted to bring to the market 5 extruded profiles with differing shapes to meet the aesthetic demand of the client. New profiles can be developed for your own specific project needs and desires.
In the extruclad system every detail, every construction characteristic, is not only directed at solving the critical interfaces but to the reliability of the facing which is subjected daily to the actions of wind, thermal expansion and the corrosive nature of atmospheric pollution in differing environments.
The extruclad finishes are completed with powder coating products polymerised at 190° in accordance with the requirements of "Qualicoat" international standards.
