CGL Extruclad Profile 3

Extruclad Profile 3 is a corrugated profile with a difference as it has the strength of a 2mm thick extrusion and will structurally out perform all other corrugated profiles in the market. Extruclad Profile 3 is extruded from aluminium alloy and is available in 200mm and 300mm height and up to 6 metres in length. Extruclad Profile 3 is powder coated to a minimum of 80 microns from a choice of over 250 RAL colours.

For the production of the Extruclad Profile range we use an extrusion production process that ensures absolute minimum tolerances. Each phase of production is performed by sophisticated machinery whose purpose is to ensure the attainment of the highest levels of quality carried out in accordance to the European Standard EN ISO 9002.

Over and above the standard extrusion forms it is possible to produce unique shapes to address the architect or designers requirements.
