CGL Extruclad Profile 4

Extruclad Profile 4 has 2 profiles that can be used independently or together. One profile is Convex and the other is Concave. Both Extruclad Profiles 4 are extruded from aluminium alloy of approximately 2mm thickness and is available in 200mm and 300mm height and up to 6 metres in length.

The profiles can be used together or individually to create many different aesthetic appearances and mixing these looks within a building will give it a very distinctive and different look. Extruclad Profile 4 is powder coated to a minimum of 80 microns from a choice of over 250 RAL colours.

For the production of the Extruclad Profile range we use an extrusion production process that ensures absolute minimum tolerances. Each phase of production is performed by sophisticated machinery whose purpose is to ensure the attainment of the highest levels of quality carried out in accordance to the European Standard EN ISO 9002.

Over and above the standard extrusion it is possible to produce unique shapes to address the architect or designers requirements.
