CGL Spandrel Panels

Spandrel panels are utilised in curtain wall and glazed facades to disguise floor slab edges and other required areas and are insulated panels with a variety of facing materials either to match or contrast with the remainder of the façade.

CGL offers spandrel panels with metal external face in a choice of metals to suit the customer's requirements.

In line with the company's commitment to engineered cladding solutions, CGL has commissioned independent testing at Wintech to safe working loads up to 2Kn/m2, and therefore can assure customers that spandrels made by the company will satisfy structural demands.

System features are –

• Spandrels are available with external metal face in solid painted or anodised aluminium, ACM, stainless steel, and zinc
• A choice of 4 insulants is available, giving different thermal and thickness ratings
• Optional backing plate available, depending on aesthetics or functionality
• CGL's spandrels are compatible with all curtain walling systems
