This landmark project, developed by Berkeley Group, features over 900 new homes set within 2.5 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, offering residents a blend of luxury living and urban convenience. As part of this transformative scheme, we supplied and supported the installation of two standout facade systems: Our Fin Panels, which provide a sleek, vertical rhythm to the buildings while enhancing solar shading and energy efficiency; and GRC Lookalike Panels, which replicate the timeless elegance of natural stone with the lightweight, high-performance benefits of modern composites.

These systems were carefully selected to meet the architectural vision and performance demands of a development that rises to 26 stories and features a variety of facade treatments across its eleven buildings. Our involvement in Prince of Wales Drive reflects our commitment to delivering innovative, sustainable, and visually compelling solutions for high-profile urban projects.
